2023 Sales Agents Meeting & Training
On the 24th and 25th of January 2023, we welcomed in our offices our Sales Representatives, coming from 8 different countries.
Culture and habits, as well as language, vary so much from one European country to even its neighbors, that you often need a local representative to help your business. This is why our independent sales agents are so important to us, and need to be well trained on our products and capabilities.
It has been a while, almost 6 years actually, since we last invited them in Belgium to participate in training sessions, but also to strengthen the bonds with them. Actually, for most of our guests, it was the first time they could take part in such an event.
And what a great success ! During these 2 days, between technical training sessions, we brought them to our main workshop to see a bunch of interesting equipment in the making, and were lucky enough to witness a Factory Acceptance Test for one of our biggest customers in the rubber industry. We could also run lab tests for one of our agent’s current project about chemicals drying.
Each guest got a moment to speak about his own activities and experiences, to promote emulation and inspiration among the team.
Of course we also took the chance to make them discover a bit of Belgian culture, with some beer tasting and an evening in the busy center of Brussels.
It has truly been a great experience to spend time with people from so many different countries. The event and organization were a complete success, and we are sure that the enthusiasm for working together has been renewed and that our representatives are now better than ever equipped to carry out their job.
